Many passengers at O’Hare Airport arrive in their own car. Happily, there’s an alternative to expensive on-site parking, with many non-affiliated facilities also located nearby.

Situated 14 miles from Chicago city centre, O’Hare Airport offers direct flights to more than 200 destinations across the world. For passengers arriving in their own transport, there are plenty of options for long-term parking at the airport, but official parking tends to be rather expensive. Instead, you may want to consider one of the off-airport parking lots that are usually a lot more economical. Below are three of the best long-term parking spots within easy reach of the airport.
Pride Airport Parking
Located 2.2 miles from the airport, this fenced facility is our favourite choice on this list. Offering uncovered valet parking for rates starting at just $8.05 per day for 14 or more days of parking, the lot is secure and open 24/7. It is also the only car park company in the area that offers car delivery, so they can pick you up at the airport with your own vehicle, and you can head straight home for maximum convenience. A free shuttle service is provided too, with express buses running on-demand, and ready to take you to the terminal as soon as you finish the check-in process.

Marriott Suites O’Hare
Positioned on the site of the Marriott Suites hotel, this parking lot is also 2.2 miles from the airport. Pricing for uncovered self-parking starts at $8.67 per day and there’s a complimentary shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes from 5am to 8.30am and then from 5pm to 10.30pm. Other notable services and facilities include wheelchair access and an on-site restaurant that’s available to anyone, and not just hotel guests.
WallyPark
At just 1.7 miles away, this is the closest parking facility to this airport – but you’ll need to pay for that benefit as rates here are somewhat more expensive than our other recommendations, starting at $19.95 per day for uncovered valet parking. Open 24/7, there’s also a free shuttle service that runs every 5 minutes, and another explanation for the higher rates are the exceptional amenities, which include luggage assistance services, an on-site hand car wash, and complimentary USA Today newspaper and bottled water for all customers.
